Required Qualifications:
• Washington state resident with clean criminal history
• 21 years of age or older with a valid Washington State I.D.
• Ability to work weekdays/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Punctual and reliable
• Takes direction well
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Positive, outgoing personality, this is a customer service job that requires excellent people skills.
• Appreciative of a fast paced environment with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling
Bonus Qualifications
• Service industry experience
• Experience with POS, inventory, cash handling
• Enthusiastic & outgoing team player with a strong spirit of cooperation
• Bi/multilingual ability
• Passion and knowledge about the Washington State Cannabis industry
