Leaf Chief is a lean and growing Cannabis producer and processor.

We are looking for talented sales reps to join our team in various Washington markets.

This position is commission and sales will occur mostly M-F during normal business hours.

Must have reliable internet, smart phone, and a car to drive.

Duties:

• Highly productive sales contacts including calls and visits
• develop mainly new leads and orders
• Negotiate product exposure such as shelf space and advertising
• Promote and nurse existing relationships
• Provide an excellent client experience
• Promote our brand
• Some travel to and from our farm in Port Townsend
• Coordinate with farm on inventory availability
• Supply farm with oral and written reports of sales
• Participate in trade shows
• Sales deliveries including some causing extended work hours
• Some social media interactions
• Work with our CRM system and traceability software system
• Persistent and polite sales contacts
• Proper use of time tracking software
• Very strict legal compliance in a highly regulated industry
• Sobriety on the job

Ideal candidate will have:

• I-502 Cannabis industry experience, especially coming with sales experience and a book of relationships
• CRM systems experience
• traceability systems experience such as Grow Flow
• Knowledge of Cannabinoids and Terpene profiles of Cannabis flower
• passion for the Cannabis industry and for our role in it
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• High degree of technical ability
• Highly outgoing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial mindset

Required experience:

• Preferred at least 2 years sales experience
• Preferred at least 1 year experience in Cannabis industry
• Required High School Diploma
• Preferred Bachelors degree
• Required 21 years of age or older
• Required pass background check
