Green Lady is hiring Budtender/ Models for our location in Lynnwood.

We are one of Washington’s most popular Recreational Marijuana Company. 

Starts at $15/hour and the opportunity for bonuses with 20-25 hours per week.

We are looking for “Green Ladies” that exhibit excellent customer service. Experience with cannabis is helpful.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old due to state law
• Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
• Cannabis Experience is helpful
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle cash register in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, and a team player
• This position requires the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to tailor each guest interaction to the individual
• Flexible schedule — available days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays (9am to 9pm, 7 days per week)
• Other retail experience, helpful but not required
Uniforms are required

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marijuana Modeling three times daily on Social Media Networks

• Provide excellent customer service
• Inform and educate customers on products we carry
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant state and federal laws regarding marijuana in Washington state
• Setup displays
• Operate POS system
• Maintain inventory control & high-volume transactions.
• Maintain excellent customer service
