Agate Dreams Lead Trimmers are responsible for assigning daily tasks, and monitoring quality of product upon receipt, though processing, to final delivery.
DUTIES:
Assists Admin and Management on orders that need to be built.
Responsible to assign work to the processing team.
Assists with fulfilling orders and ensuring safe handling through delivery.
Actively promotes spectacular customer service and aides in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Promotes a professional demeanor in all interactions and transactions.
Responsible to ensure to rotate and burp product on hand.
Responsible to monitor and communicate with management regarding inventory levels, packing and supplies.
Responsible to weigh in product being delivered and check quality prior to accepting.
Responsible to record and process waste product through disposal in accordance to SEC policies and procedures.
Assists Admin to ensure accurate information is recorded in the traceability system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age.
Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry required.
High school diploma or GED, required.
