POSITION: Garden Specialist+Cannabis Trimming

This is a high labor position. As we are a small company, the below duties are listed to help inform you of the job, though are not all inclusive.

• Watering
• Pruning plants by hand
• Mixing nutrients
• Waste destruction
• Cleaning grow rooms
• Harvesting
• “Knockdown” buds off of stem
• Cannabis Trimming
• Assisting cultivation management in other areas

You will be part of a highly productive team responsible for managing a perpetual harvest cycle.

While we are seeking individuals with experience, your openness to learning and using our cultivation methods is important.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED

1 year+ Garden Experience.

Experience in a teamwork environment.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Strong attention to detail.

Positive, can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic.

Able to lift 15-25 pounds on a regular basis.

Must be 21 years of age.

Must pass criminal background check.

Valid Washington State driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
