Two Heads Co, seeks Cannabis Oil Sales Representative in Seattle

Two Heads Co. a growing West Coast WA based cannabis producer processor and are looking for the right person to expand our wholesale sales accounts in the Seattle area.

We are looking for a self motivated individual with a passion for the cannabis industry, that will manage existing accounts while growing the account base in the Seattle WA area, north to Bellingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing existing customer business, making sample deliveries, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads.

This position calls on cannabis retail stores on a commission basis, while regularly reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

This role can also help monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging ideas, and develop plans to expand revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing account relationships and fulfill orders on a regular basis
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s presence
  • Update customer information in the company contact database
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
  • May attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients

Requirements:

  • Required: age of 21+, as position calls on cannabis dispensaries
  • Required: clean driving record and proof of personal vehicle insurance
  • Required: 1-2 years previous sales experience
  • Desired: some previous outside sales/cold calling experience
  • Preferred: i502 experience
  • Required: Attend monthly sales meeting on site in Raymond, WA

Skills:

  • Daily local driving
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Prioritizes time planning & management
  • Great writing ability to support follow up communication efforts

Education: N/A

Compensation:

A guaranteed $3,000 monthly salary for the first 90 days during the probationary period.

Upon successful completion of the 90 day trial period or such a time that sales exceed the guaranteed salary, the sales rep will transition to a commission only position.
