Bud Hut is a friendly retail cannabis store in the Snohomish area looking to expand our team.

Open availability is important to us! You must be able to consistently work evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a full-time closer who can work from 3:15 – 11:15 five days a week.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Must model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations by providing quality products
Must be willing to assist in driving sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and well merchandised store environment
Must have knowledge of our products
Must be willing to research and learn about the products we sell
Must stay current on industry-specific laws and proposed legislature
Must have the ability to keep a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating at a high standard
Must have integrity, and be responsible, reliable, hardworking and committed
Must have proper hygiene and follow company dress code
Must have exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
Will be accountable for accurately utilizing the point of sale system
Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked, and store presence is well maintained
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Complete all duties as assigned by store management
