2020 Solutions has a rare opportunity for an engaging personality to join our team and consult with guests at our award-winning retail cannabis store in Bellingham, WA.

We are looking for an individual that can authentically engage guests, and cultivate meaningful relationships with them as they enter the store.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, with an authentic passion for making a positive impact on someone’s day.

Knowledge of Cannabis is important, as well as the ability to listen to what our guests are looking for, and being able to tailor your approach to the experience they are seeking.

You must be over 21 years of age to apply for this position.

The schedule will vary, and we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Budtender position is one of the most critical roles in our company. You are the face of the company and give the first impression of 2020 Solutions. It is imperative that when performing this role you are being present, smiling and welcoming. You will be asking questions to find out what products are best suited for each guest’s preferences and desires, and listening to what they tell you to provide them with exactly what they need. 

Wage

$13.00+ per hour, depending on experience
