Commencement Bay Cannabis, an Upscale I-502 Licensed Retail Store in Fife, WA provides safe and friendly access to recreational marijuana. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality product, with a knowledgeable and personable team to assist with each individual need.
We’re presently recruiting applicants 21 years or older for a Full-time Budtender:
To provide customer service and education to our clientele while promoting a work environment that is positive, service oriented and compliant with established policies, procedures and applicable regulations/ordinances.
Ideal Candidate will have a High School diploma or G.E.D. If Candidate does not, we will employ with agreement that a High School diploma or G.E.D. will be obtained within 6 months of employment.
1 year of retail or customer service experience and
6 months of Cannabis Retail experience preferred.
All applicants must have the ability to work a FLEXIBLE work schedule including nights and weekends and submit to and clear a pre-employment criminal background check.
