Euphorium I-502 is seeking a Store Manager for their Lynnwood location.
The store manager is responsible for leading the store through the the Euphorium vision, mission and values in order to develop a high performing team. This position manages all store employees under the direction of the Euphorium General Manager and is responsible for the performance of the store.
Expectations Include but are not limited to:
~Meet or exceed performance goals as related to store sales metrics, profitability and operational excellence.
~Forecast labor metics and adjust payroll to maximize productivity.
~Build a customer focus team and delivers exceptional customer service that drives customer loyalty.
~Create an environment that inspires and encourages growth of the team.
~Promote a culture of teamwork by working along side the team and providing clear direction.
~Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring compliance in every aspect of the store.
Qualifications and Skills
~At least two year of customer facing retail store management experience.
~Open availability, nights and weekends required
~Friendly, outgoing, coachable team player.
~Must use and be able to speak to cannabis
~Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team.
Successful candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background check for employment.
