We are looking for a positive, organized, self-driven individual. Someone who can insure that our customers needs are met, motivate our staff and foster a positive environment.

*Responsibilities*

*Manage store employees and their performance by providing direction, regular feedback, coaching and appraisal of job results

*Provides consistent and excellent customer service, assisting staff on the floor during customer rush times

*Creates a positive, energetic environment for customers and staff

*Handles customer complaints and return/exchange requests in a professional and pleasant manner

*Manage inventory

*Provide ongoing training to staff

*Skills & Experience Requirements*

*5+ consistent years retail store management experience

*5+ consistent years employee management, coaching, performance evaluation and training experience

*Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques

*In-depth understanding of cannabis products preferred

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Ability to motivate and direct the activities of others to successfully meet objectives

*Possesses confidence, drive and enthusiasm

*Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility

*Work Schedule Requirements*

*Availability to work opening, mid and closing shifts, mandatory holidays and weekends

* 40-50 hour work week

Job Type: Full-time

• Employee Relations: 5 years (Preferred)
• Retail Management: 5 years (Preferred)
