Cultivera is a rapidly growing enterprise software company servicing the regulated cannabis industry and we are looking for talented professionals to join our team. We are the market leaders in seed-to-sale software for the Washington cannabis industry. We service 35 of the top 40 selling producer/processors in Washington with Cultivera Pro, which contributes to our >50% market share by sales volume. We also have over 300 retailers on Cultivera Market placing millions of dollars in orders each month from Cultivera Pro processors, and just this month we have released our newest product, Cultivera POS for retailers.
In 2019, we are projecting substantial growth for our company and the cannabis industry in general. This position presents an opportunity to get in early with a successful company in an exciting, new and rapidly growing industry. There is huge potential for growth within the company; we prefer to promote from within and are looking for potential future leaders of our business. We are a tight-nit, relatively small team just coming out of the start-up phase, and are looking to expand our team with like-minded professionals. We still very much have a start-up culture that differs from a traditional corporate culture. Employees are entrusted to be accountable for their work and to put forth maximum effort on their own, and in return employees are not micromanaged and are given various flexibilities that otherwise wouldn’t be given in a large corporate setting. We are currently hiring for an entry-level Support Associate in our office in Bend, Oregon. APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE IF NOT LOCAL.The position will start at $24,000-$30,000, depending on experience and skills, with a 90-day probationary period. Health benefits go into effect after the probationary period. The position will work a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule that will mostly fall in normal business days/hours, but there is the potential for weekend and evening coverage needed in the future. Employees will be issued a company laptop and supplemental equipment. Must have high speed, reliable internet at home and a reliable cell phone.
The initial responsibilities of this position will be:
- Become a Cultivera Pro and Cultivera POS product expert
- Provide industry-leading customer service to clients on support requests
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot complex client support issues
- Document all call-ins and resolutions in ticketing system
- QA testing and documentation on upcoming software releases
- Conduct webinar training sessions
As a Cultivera product expert, you can grow into a few different career paths. You will start as a Support Associate, but may evolve into one of the following roles:
- Support/Product Manager
- Onboarding Consultant
- Training Consultant
- Sales Executive
