Starting Salary: $38,500

Bonus: Yearly (after 1st year of employment, performance-based)

Training Period: 3 months

Provisional Period: 6 months (including Training Period)

Availability: 50 hours per week

LUCID is a Recreational and medically endorsed cannabis retailer. Birthed out of medical cannabis in 2012, we are excited to expand into the recreational world. As advocates of responsible consumption, we are here to educate and build our cannabis community. Our goal is to provide customers with only the finest products, with our knowledgeable and personable team to assist with each individual need.

We are open 7 days a week and we offer a competitive compensation package. Below is a brief description for our leadership position. What to expect:

Our Management training program is a three month course, with a six month provisional period. First you will learn all the required positions with in our team. You will be required to master the diversity each position, pending on the am or pm shifts. After you dominate the team positions you will begin training in our Leadership position. We are a true to life team, Where your success is our success and Management encourage others to follow them not by dictation but by their actions. If you can keep an upbeat attitude during the guck of the grind, while upholding our policies and procedures then LUCID Leadership is a place for you.

What we require:

Our Leadership team will know how to analyze the business needs, create and implement a plan of action that accounts for the fluctuation in traffic throughout the day. They will lead the team with positive coaching reinforcement and continuously provide feedback to upper leadership. You will oversee and assist with the financial process and cash handling for the business. You will inform the team about promotions, new products and up-sales opportunities. You will also attend to our customers in their pleased and displeased states. Leads will master the art of transitioning negative moments into a positive response of praise. As a Manager, You will also be able to provide a wealth of knowledge about our products to the team and customers. Finally, as a LUCID ambassador you support our promotions and community events both in and out of store.

Position Overview

Front House Manager (FHM) is responsible for the overall function and flow of the day-to-day operations of the retail (or front house) part of the store. FHM mustlead by example and possess the ability to inspire and motivate those around them to be the best team members possible. LUCID very much encourages having an open-door policy with team members, as this fosters camaraderie and creates a much more pleasant and productive work environment.

Additionally, FHM is responsible for supporting team members by addressing all customer concerns (in person and on social media), maintain/coordinate displays and promotional items, overseeing the schedule, distribute payroll, oversee performance of team members, account for all incoming/outgoing money and day safe balances/discrepancies, and coordinate monthly reviews (Staff 101s)
