Cannabis Sales Representative Western and eastern Washington 502 Producer /processor located in eastern Washington looking to expand our presence in Washington state. We are high value indoor crafted marijuana. We believe integrity and customer service are keys to success.

The Job:

As our sales rep, you will be our front line and represent our company – playing a key role in increasing revenue by presenting, promoting and selling our products to both new and existing retail customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable & sustainable business relationships.

Responsibilities:

Closing sales, achieving targets.

Making daily sales calls via phone and on-site visits to I-502 store locations.

Establishing new accounts while maintaining and growing current accounts.

Putting our products in front of the right people, closing sales and getting repeat business.

Providing budtender education, hosting vendor days, and supporting other industry sales events to distinguish our brand in the crowded Washington cannabis market.

Keeping customers informed of latest updates regarding our farm/products.

Working closely with Production Manager and Owner

Supporting our sales efforts through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Delivering customer orders.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, polite, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Excellent selling, communication, and interpersonal skills – and ability close the deal.

Motivated and able to work independently and also take direction.

Comfortable talking with retail owners, managers, buyers and budtenders.

Cannabis industry experience and product knowledge is a plus.

Computer literate & social media savvy, familiarity with LCB traceability a plus.

Must understand and comply with Federal and State Marijuana Laws.

Must have a valid WA State driver’s license, current insurance and a reliable vehicle.

Background check required.

You do not have to be a marijuana user.

Compensation:

Commission based position with generous structure.
