Cannabis Processor – Cure/Dry Room 
*Cannabis experience required
This position reports directly to the Grow Compliance Supervisor, or the Operations Manager, and is primarily responsible for working to adhere to set policies and procedures for the harvesting, curing and processing of cannabis.
The primary purpose of this position is to implement the system that has been set up by the Grow Compliance Supervisor and take direction from the Operations Manager, to work in an efficient manner to get the days post harvest and pre-trim processing tasks completed.
Ability for promotions.

Specific Duties:
Maintains compliance with Washington state regulations and law.
Understanding of compliance and reporting requirements, including the regulations regarding the handling and storage of cannabis.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsible for careful handling of flower and other products throughout the post-harvest, curing and pre-trim process so as to maintain a high degree of quality control.
May include operating a trimming machine to automate part of the process.
Tracking weights of multiple strains and material types of cannabis product.
Taking instructions and completing tasks delegated by managers.
Ensure that your tasks are completed.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of your work space.
Work in a focused, quick and efficient manner.
Comply with all HR policies.
Attend daily “team huddle”, required meetings and participate in team and professional development activities.
Provide appropriate feedback to managers.
May be required to perform task of a ‘Trimmer’, ‘Joint roller’ or ‘Packager’ if necessary.
Productivity is important; you will be given a practical ramp-time before establishing persistent expectations. However, expectations and goals will be set, and you will be required to maintain those expectations.

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications to work in a state-authorized licensed facility, including sufficiently clean background.
Dexterity and hand-eye coordination are critical for intensely manual labor.
Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid drivers license and your own vehicle.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer operating skills.

Typical Physical Demands:
Dexterity and hand-eye coordination are critical for intensely manual labor.
May require prolonged standing or sitting, some bending stooping and stretching.
Repetitive motions.
Ability to lift 10-15 lbs.

Typical Working Conditions:
Work will generally be performed inside a busy cannabis processing facility.
Involves frequent contact with managers and packaging employees.

Compensation: 
Hourly, $16/hour
