Always Greener Downtown, Redmond’s first cannabis retail store is looking to add a Budtender to our team! This position is responsible for sales and assisting the management team with other activities and operations of the store, while abiding by State policies, store procedures and operational guidelines.

Previous professional experience in the cannabis industry not required, however a general knowledge and appreciation of products is strongly preferred. Budtenders are required to have thorough knowledge of all the products sold.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
• Experience with ID checking and cash handling
• A flexible schedule and be willing to work both morning and evening shifts any day of the week
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry 50lbs

Starting pay $15/hour

Requirements:

• Minimum of 23 years of age and MUST be a resident of Washington State
• Must be willing and able to pass a thorough criminal background check
• Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
